The Juneteenth Film Festival Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt charitable organization whose mission is to organize and implement film festivals and cultural events in celebration of diversity; encourage and promote artistic expression through original works of film and new media; promote an awareness and appreciation of the history and experience of Juneteenth and the cause of freedom and human dignity throughout Texas and the United States; and to provide educational scholarships and grants in furtherance of the mission and goals of the foundation.
